One of the most common questions we're asked is "Can I find out who picked me?"

This comes after a couple of days after a speed-dating event.  A person (let's say Sarah) picks three men.  She gets a match, which is great, but she's wondering about some of the guys she didn't pick.  She liked Peter and John, just not as much as Tony, Chris and Will.  So Sarah e-mails us to ask, can you tell me who pick me?

Well, yes, we could.  But our answer, up until very recently, is no.  Our feeling on this has been (and still is to a certain extent) is that if you like someone enough to want to see them again, then you should pick them. Everyone is welcome to edit their selections, so it's easy for Sarah to pick Peter and John.  And if she doesn't like them enough to want a first date, then knowing that they selected her is, let's face it, is pure vanity.

But it's also human nature - we recognize that.  And also, we don't really want people to select everyone just to find out who picked them.  So, coming soon, will be the option to find out who picked you.
