Posted by Daniel B. on 9-15-2009
On September 25, we are planning a singles event at Honey Bar on 14th St in NYC. We figured that our customers may enjoy meeting other singles with hearing a bell go every 6 minutes. And if you happen to be talking to a really cute girl, you may not appreciate being asked to move on so another guys can talk to her!Details of this "non-speed-dating" event will come shortly! Are the goals of speed-dating companies aligned with their customers?
Posted by Daniel B. on 9-12-2009
One of things that makes speed-dating a unique business (and online dating for that matter), is that the most satisfied customers will not come back. I've had a go at ranking what I think are the five most importan ... [Read full post]

Posted by Heather on 9-6-2009
When friends and acquaintances find out that I host speed-dating, I'm usually bombarded with questions, and one of the most common is: What sorts of people attend speed-dating events? The answer I emphatically and repeatedly give is: All kinds! I'm constantly amazed at the diversity of experience and life stories that you find at any of our typical speed-dating events. We have folks at many different stages of life, education, career, and family, which makes me feel comfortable telling anyo ... [Read full post]
