I have always found speed-dating a fascinating concept from the very beginning. It wasn't just that we knew that it worked as a business model, and helped people find relationships - it was also that it's an immensely interesting social development.Here is the piece that I find the most intriguing. We had a fun host competition across July and August. At the end of every speed-dating event, customers are invited to rate (out of 5) the event, the venue, the host and their dates. The host with the best average score at the end of two months would win $200.We'd just like to announce that Beth was the winner with an average of 4.5 out of 5 from 250 rankings.
