An assessment of online dating vs speed-dating
Posted by Daniel B. on 9-3-2009
Of course, as you read this, you'll be wondering if you can get an unbiased assessment of the pros and cons of speed-dating vs online dating, so I have made sure I've done the research and asked proponents of both methods. We recognize that speed-dating isn't necessarily for everyone, and that a thought-out "dating strategy" probably shouldn't rely on one method of meeting people.Hopefully the comparison below will help you make a decision. The advantages of online dating:1. Why hasn't my match replied?

We'd like to share a couple of common questions we get from customers, and give our comments on these. And we get why May is a little quieter - singles see summer coming and with it all the wonderful outdoo ... [Read full post]
Balancing events
Posted by Daniel B. on 8-29-2009
We are frequently asked if there will be an even number of men and women at our speed-dating events. Or we're asked how we can possibly ensure that the event will be nicely balanced between men and women.Well, it's not easy, but we're good at it. We know that one of the most important things to a customer is that there are an equal number of men and women. Or perhaps more accurately, attendees would like at least the same number of the opposite gender, but they are OK if there are more!Eve ... [Read full post]
