New York EasyDates is not a matchmaking service. Our goal is to help single people meet one another in a safe and comfortable setting. New York EasyDates does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs. For example, New York EasyDates does not verify personal information provided by its participants, such as marital status, age, or any other aspects of their general background. It is up to you to confirm these issues to your own satisfaction.

By registering for a New York EasyDates event, you are agreeing that New York EasyDates is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the New York EasyDates program. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs sponsored by or affiliated with New York EasyDates.

Terms & Conditions
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and New York EasyDates. As part of your registration for a New York EasyDates event, you must confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “Terms”). By registering for such an event, you become a member of New York EasyDates (a “Member”) and you agree to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not register for a New York EasyDates event. The terms are subject to change by New York EasyDates at any time, effective upon notice to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY
PERSONS UNDER 21 MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS.

By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Participation in New York EasyDates events and use of this web site are void where prohibited. By using this web site and/or participating in New York EasyDates events, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Your membership in New York EasyDates is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You are responsible for logging out if your computer is accessible to others. This prevents unauthorized access to your account and registration information.

2. TERM
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you continue to be a Member of New York EasyDates. Either you or New York EasyDates may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. New York EasyDates reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any New York EasyDates event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to the attention of New York EasyDates.

3. SPECIAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS AND RELEASE
You hereby understand and acknowledge that by using this web site and participating in New York EasyDates events that your e-mail address, first name and certain other profiling information that you provide will be provided to certain other participants. New York EasyDates has conducted no research on the backgrounds of any of its Members or the participants at its events. New York EasyDates does not screen the members registering for events offered by New York EasyDates in any way, and does not verify information provided by its members. Therefore, New York EasyDates is not liable for the accuracy of such information. You agree to release New York EasyDates from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a New York EasyDates event or through this web site. New York EasyDates will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service and/or attendance at New York EasyDates events, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service or participants at these events. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress.

We strongly encourage you to take the same precautions you would take in meeting any new person in order to assure your safety.

You also understand and acknowledge that New York EasyDates events are held at venues of which New York EasyDates has no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a New York EasyDates event, you agree to release New York EasyDates from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or agent of New York EasyDates.

All participants in New York EasyDates events understand and acknowledge that New York EasyDates provides a fun and exciting method of meeting new people. New York EasyDates does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with any other participant. Additionally, New York EasyDates does not guarantee that any match between participants will be successful.

4. INDEMNITY BY MEMBER:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless New York EasyDates, its partners, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the New York EasyDates service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

5. OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES
5.1 The content of this web site is the property of New York EasyDates. New York EasyDates is duly formed in the United States of America under the laws of the State of New York and is qualified to do business in the State of New York.

5.2 All title, ownership and intellectual property rights, including the rights to copyrights, trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively, the “Intellectual Property’) used on the web site are vested in New York EasyDates. Nothing contained on this web site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Intellectual Property without the written permission of New York EasyDates.

5.3 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products, services or any portion of any material obtained from this web site, nor may you use any of the Intellectual Property in connection with any other service without the express written consent of New York EasyDates.

10. MEMBER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other participants in New York EasyDates events. New York EasyDates reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other participants.

New York EasyDates will keep confidential all information supplied by you to New York EasyDates, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law. 17. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, convey subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
